Nintendo 64: Super Mario 64

Gamecube: Super Smash Bros. Melee (no way. Zelda: Toilet Princess was a waay better choice.)

Wii: Super Mario Galaxy

PSOne: Final Fantasy VII (Boooo, should've been Silent Hill)

PS2: GTA San Andreas (I think The Warriors is a close second)

PS3: Metal Gear Solid 4

PSP: Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops

XBOX: Halo 2

XBOX 360: Gears of War
